Insurance
Access
Intelligence, LLC ("AI") provides you with the
option to participate in the AI group medical and dental
plans at significant savings. We offer extensive provider
networks nationwide, prescription drug coverage and many
other great benefits. Two medical plans are available to
choose from, with neither plan requiring employees to select
a primary care physician or obtain referrals to specialists.
Dental
Insurance
AI offers employees the opportunity to enroll in a dental
preferred provider program (PPO). Services are available
for preventive and diagnostic services as well as restorative
care. Orthodontia care is also available for dependent children
under the age of 19.
Vision
Care Plan
AI also offers vision care coverage which provides
affordable, quality care, nationwide.
Life
Insurance
AI
provides group term life insurance, with provisions for
accidental death and dismemberment coverage, for all regular,
full-time employees.
Disability
Insurance
AI
offers employees a way to ensure partial income protection
while recovering from a disabling accident, injury or illness.
Pregnancy or pregnancy-related illnesses are covered as

Spending Accounts
The
Medical Spending Account helps you save money on your out-of-pocket
health care expenses. Eligible health care expenses include
plan deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, prescriptions,
dental and orthodontic care, vision care (including laser
vision corrective surgery), hearing aids, etc.
Dependent
Care Spending Account
The
Dependent Care Spending Account helps you pay for child
care services which make it possible for you and your spouse
(if applicable) to work. Under certain circumstances it
may also be used to help pay for the care of elderly parents,
or a disabled spouse or dependent.
401(K)
Retirement Savings Plan
Whatever
your dreams for retirement may be, the Access Intelligence 401(k)
Savings Plan is a great place to start. Why? Because the
money you set aside from your pre-tax salary each pay period
reduces your current taxable income. In other words, it
costs you less than a dollar now to save a dollar for your

Holiday
Leave
Access
Intelligence observes the following holidays: New Year's
Day, Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, Presidents' Day,
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
and "Day after Thanksgiving," and Christmas Day,
plus two "floating holidays".
Personal
Days
In
addition to the above paid holidays, full-time employees
have available extra days to be used at their discretion.
Vacation
Access
Intelligence believes that employees and the company alike
benefit from scheduled time off for each full-time employee
to enjoy relaxation and recreation, and to return to work
in a revitalized condition. Accordingly, AI provides all
full-time employees generous vacation allowances.
Sick
Leave
Sick
leave is accrued annually and can be taken after just three
months of employment.

Access
Intelligence has provisions for other types of leave such
as jury duty, military duty, bereavement, and FMLA leave.
Direct
Payroll Deposit
In
order to save you time, Access Intelligence can arrange to have your
pay directly deposited into up to three bank accounts.

that includes most legal matters you're ever likely to face

get this coverage for yourself and your immediate family
